A downloadable game for Windows, Mac OS X, and Linux

Space Junk Farmer is an arcade style space shooter. Time Attack mode has you fighting to gather resources to keep the clock from ticking down. Stay alive to get the high score!

Survival mode will have you gathering resources to upgrade your ship and base to survive against enemies and the elements. Work will begin on this mode after I am happy with the core elements of the game.

This is my first game made in Unity so any feedback is greatly appreciated!


Controls :

Gamepad (mouse and keyboard)

Steer Ship..................Left stick (A and D buttons)

Forward.....................A button (W button)

Reverse.....................B button (S button)

Shoot.......................Right trigger (Left click)

Mining beam.................Left trigger (Right click)

Pause.......................Start (Escape)

v.0.1.4 (8/18/16)

-Gravity Well: Added a circle zone in the center of the map. When junk enter this zone they will be attracted by the well's gravity and damaged over time. Bring junk here using the tractor beam.

-Tractor Beam: Experimenting with swapping the mining laser for a tractor beam. This could be used to pull objects into the base station to be deposited. Heavier objects are slower to move. Will probably add the laser back in at some point.

-There are now three different sizes of asteroids, each with respective health and loot

-Added the first powerup! Upon pickup your rate of fire is increased for a short duration

-Player object is now disabled properly at gameover state

-Added a count-in timer at start of game
